PURPOSE:To provide a contactless optical switch device which can be aligned at a good precision. CONSTITUTION:Sensing light radiated toward an n-side optical waveguide passage 41 or a monitoring optical waveguide passage is reflected at an inner part of the n-side optical waveguide passage 41 or the monitoring optical waveguide passage to return to a master side optical waveguide passage 31 or a sensing optical waveguide passage 32. A position of a light incidence detection light source 42 when a light coupling efficiency between the master side optical waveguide passage 31 or the sensing optical waveguide passage 32 and the n-side detection optical waveguide passage 41 or the monitoring optical waveguide passage is the maximum is detected by a light incidence position detection device 47 to be inputted to memory means 63, 64. Contents in the memory means 63, 64 and the detected position of the light source 42 by the light incidence position detection device 47 are compared by a comparator to detect deflection of the light source 42, and the master side optical waveguide passage 31 is finely moved in parallel for alignment to correct the deflection at a drive part of a micro-motion arm 43. |
