PURPOSE:To improve operation rate of taking in and out of a vehicle by arranging parallel rails on the upper and lower two stages so as to receive a pallet to a carrier, and releasing connection to the other when one of two sets of vertically movable rails is connected to a delivery part to receive the pallet. CONSTITUTION:A delivery part 4 of a pallet 2 is formed of a stationary part 5 and a movable part 6. A vehicle C is moved onto the pallet 2 on a rail 5A above the stationary part 5 by a driver D, and the driver D gets off on a floor plate 10 of the movable part 6, and leaves. Then, a carrier 1 ascends or descends to an entrance and exit part while loading an empty pallet 2 on the lower rail 1B, and is stopped. The pallet 2 on a rail 6A of the movable part 6 connected to the pallet 2 is moved to the rail 5A above the stationary part 5, and stands by for the next vehicle. The carrier 1 ascends or descends to a designated layer. In that case, as for the pallet 2 loaded with the vehicle on the carrier 1, connection to the pallet 2 on the rail 5A above the stationary part 5 is released by ascending or descending operation of the carrier 1. |
