PURPOSE:To realize the restraint of the reflux of refrigerant gas in a crankcase and as a result, increase the durability of a compressor by improving lubricatability by restraining the outflow of lubrication oil from the crankcase inside. CONSTITUTION:A discharge chamber 4b and suction chamber 4a are connected to each other by means of a connection passage 23, and a capacity control valve 25 and a fixation throttle S are provided at the halfway point of the connection passage 23. Also, the connection passage 23 between the capacity control valve 25 and the fixation throttle S and a crankcase 2a are connection to each other by means of one branching off passage 24. Refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber 4b is fed into the crankcase 2a by means of the branching off passage 24 and a connection passage 23A upstream of a point E that connects the connection passage 23 to the branching off passage 24. Also, refrigerant gas in the crankcase 2a is discharged into a suction chamber 4a by means of the same branching off passage 24 and a connection passage 23B downstream of the connection point E.
