PURPOSE:To omit an electromagnetic clutch and the protect a shaft seal device by realizing zero capacity operation. CONSTITUTION:A rotary swash 14 is constituted so that displacement to a zero capacity posture and forced return to a minimum capacity posture by means of the energizing force of a return means may become possible, and at the same time a drive pulley 40 is equipped with a suction fan 42 formed on the inner side surface of a web 40a and plural ventilation holes 41 provided piercingly at the web 40a. As a result, the omission of an electromagnetic clutch becomes possible, and contribution to the light weight of a compressor and the reduction of engine load is realized, and at the same time the thermal deterioration of a shaft seal device is prevented.
