The emulsifying agent for preparing dynamite is prepd. by: adding glycol ether of formula (II) and fattic acid of formula (I) and heating to 120-140 deg.C and removing water and impurity; adding H3PO2 and paratoluene sulfonic acid as catalyst after heating to 140 deg.C; then reacting the mixture to 170 deg.C and 600 mmHg for 12 hrs.; heating to 180-200 deg.C to remove water and cooling to room temp. to obtain the fattic acid diester of formula (III); then adding nonyl phenol and mixing homogeneously to prepare the emulsifying agent. In the formulas, R1 is C1-10 alkyl, alkenyl, hydroxy alkyl or hydroxy alkenyl; R2 is C2-4 alkenyl; R3 is C1-5 alkyl or phenyl; n is 1-5.
