A hybrid motor consisting of an electric motor (4) and a non-electric motor (1), especially an internal combustion engine, wherein the outgoing shaft (2) of the non-electric motor (1), through a connectable coupling (3), is connected to a shaft (5) which is through-going in the electric motor (4) and constitutes a part of the rotor of the electric motor (4) as well as being adapted to drive a load (6). With electric drive, the coupling (3) is not activated, and the electric motor (4) drives the load (6). With alternative drive using the non-electric motor (1), the coupling (3) is activated while the electric motor (4) is currentless, whereby the non-electric motor (1) drives the shaft (5) and, thus, the rotor of the electric motor (4) and the load (6). The rotating mass of the coupling (3), the shaft (5) and the rotor of the electric motor (4) gives extra fly wheel effect to the non-electric motor (1) and, thus, oscillation damping. |
