There is a drive to transfer a rotation movement into an oscillating movement. This drive has a pressure spring (7) between a plunger (6) and a counter pressure plate (11). A bolt (8) on the plunger transmits the power to the lower tool (9). Around the bolt, simultaneously to guiding the plunger-bolt, the counter pressure plate is attached to the press housing. A bevel gear (4) on the drive shaft (3) drives the rotating plate (14) of the stack magazine (13) to the height of the lower tool.
