SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A PLASTIC MATERIAL PRODUCT

The invention relates to a system for producing plastic products. The system comprises a die for the product to be produced and an extruder arrangement upstream of the die. In order to make it possible to use plastics material to be recycled, a milling device for plastic scrap material is provided upstream of the extruder and a feeding arrangement is provided to convey the plastic scrap material to the input of the milling device without granulation. Using this arrangement, plastic scrap material can be processed to form new products without the need to use mechanical and/or electrical energy to form granulated material, which then has to be cooled down to ambient temperature before being reheated to by extrusion.
