The cable conduit with a lid on one side has grooves running along at least one side wall whose shape forms a means of attaching the conduit to a holder (31). There is a spacer (51) which allows the arms of the holder to snap into the conduit groove in the inactive position, and then in its working position, holds the arms firmly against the groove edges. The spacer is attached to the inside of one of the arms by a film hinge. It is shaped like a plate whose width corresponds to the arm spacing but whose thickness is less than the arm thickness. ADVANTAGE - Easily manufactured attachment of conduit which remains secure when force applied.
