Wind generator for production of mechanical and electrical energy with wings with circular translation

The invention exploits wind energy to produce mechanical and electrical energy by means of wings positioned vertically on rotating platforms where they are oriented correctly with respect to the wind direction. The platforms are positioned on a large carriage with a circular plane that rotates in an appropriate seat. The invention permits simultaneous exploitation of the area occupied by other economic activities and can be integral part of a system for storage of the produced energy.
