Further, a communicating pipe (13) is provided between said chamber (3) and a pressure regulator (9) for regulating the internal pressure of the gas-liquid separating chamber (3) to an appointed pressure depending upon the fluctuation of the gas pressure on the side of the gas-introducing pipe (6).
