Surgical suturing thread guide system - incorporates rhomboidal- or parallelepiped-shaped guide body accommodated between two guide blades

The sewing instrument is used in surgery. It has a first guide blade (1) cooperating with a second guide blade (2). The two guide blades are made in one piece, being joined together (8) at their proximal ends and this portion joining a round shaft (14). A rhomboidal- or parallelepiped-shaped guide body (20) is accommodated between the two guide blades and the thread for stitching or suturing the tissues is led through a hole (S) in it. The tread extends from this guide to the tip of the curved suturing needle. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple guide system for suturing thread used in surgical operation.
