<p>A compound represented by general formula (1) or a nontoxic salt thereof, a process for producing the same, and a remedy for diseases related to the serotoninergic neuron system containing the same as the active ingredient, wherein R1 and R2, which may be the same or different from each other, represent each hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or trifluoromethyl; and n represents an integer of 2 to 5. The compound (1) and nontoxic salts thereof show a strong affinity for serotonin 1A receptors and are useful as remedies for diseases related to the serotoninergic neuron system, such as a motion sickness remedy, space sickness remedy, antiemetic, vertigo remedy, antidepressant, anxiolytic, and ameliorant for eating disorder.</p> |
