The invention relates to a valve for high-pressure radial piston pumps suitable for controlled braking systems. Prior art units of this type consist of at least 5 components. It is the aim of the invention to provide a valve requiring fewer components and is therefore simpler and easier to assemble. This aim is achieved in principle in that cold-extruded joining elements are used between the valve and the housing (1) rendering separate rubber seals superfluous and provide a firm, uniformly unbreakable joint. In advantageous embodiments, some of the prior art valve components are made as one piece and the number of cold-extruded joining elements is reduced.
