<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing device for the color filter which can reduce foreign matter electrostatically sticking on a substrate and a resin coating stuck on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a support 33 which mechanically support the substrate 31, having the resin coating 32 stuck on one surface directly or across another layer, on the reverse surface side of this substrate, a heat roller 38 which is arranged opposite the substrate support part of the support and rotates while heating and pressing the resin coating on the substrate surface, a means which supplies a thin resin film in between the resin coating on the substrate surface supported by the support and the heat roller, and a film peeling means which peels off the resin film stuck on the resin coating on the processed substrate surface; and the surface roughness of the support is set to >=Ra200mum, so the purpose is attained.</p> |
