<p>PURPOSE:To increase the printing sheet number without increasing the volume of a toner supplying device by making a toner fixing area after fixing larger than a toner area to be fixed before fixing by foaming toners by heat at the time of fixing. CONSTITUTION:The toner which contains a foaming agent foaming at the required temp. in a toner particle is used for developing, the toner particle is foamed by heat at the time of fixing and the toner image is fixed and the toner fixing area after fixing is made larger than the toner area to be fixed before fixing. As a binder resin used for the toner, general binder resins for toners, such as styrene polymers, acrylic resins, are exemplified. As a foaming agent which are not formed at the time of toner production, development and transfer and are foamed by heating at the time of fixing the transferred toner image, inorganic foaming agents, such as sodium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate or organic foaming agents, such as azobisisobutyronitrile. azodicarbonamide, are exemplified.</p> |
