<p>PURPOSE:To provide the liquid crystal display panel which is equipped with a wide area and large capacity, improves display definition and yield and can be provided at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A picture element electrode 4 and a ferrodielectric film 18 functioning as a non-linear switching element are superimposed and formed on a downside substrate 1. On the other hand, an additional capacity electrode 2 is formed between the downside substrate 1 and the picture element electrode 4, and capacity CLC of a liquid crystal layer 24 is enlarged. On the counter face of an upside substrate 6 as a counter substrate, a counter electrode 5 is formed so as to fully cover the entire display area. The counter electrode 5 and a take-out electrode 11 formed on the downside substrate 1 are conducted by carbon paste 12.</p> |
