The invention concerns a plug for fibre-optic plug-in connectors. Prior art connectors suffer from the disadvantage that it is relatively easy for a fitter unintentionally to touch the ground end of the optical fibre (12) inside the pin (1) which carries the optical fibre. The invention calls for a pin-retracting spring (6) to be fitted which, when the plug is not plugged in, draws the pin (1) back into a protected position. |
