The joining piece (5) has a thin wall (8) provided with means (10) for adjusting the elasticity of the join and of the thermal barrier which the join constitutes, the said thin wall being situated between a first portion (7) for fastening to the second part (2) and a second cylindrical portion (9) having an internal diameter greater than the external diameter of the main flange (14).
