Colloidal products are described containing an element chosen from sulphur and phosphorus and optionally boron, as well as an element chosen from alkali and alkaline-earth metals and zinc, micellised within at least one detergent agent. They can be obtained in micellar form by reaction of at least one inorganic or organic acid containing sulphur and/or phosphorus and optionally an acid containing boron, these acids being introduced directly or formed in situ, with at least one basic derivative containing an alkali metal and/or an alkaline-earth metal and/or zinc, in the presence of at least one surface-active agent. These colloidal products can be employed as antiwear and extreme-pressure additives in lubricants.
