The method is for preventing the shift of the track width to reduce the noise generation. The magnetic thin film is deposited on the faces of the metal oxide block pair. The non-magnetic thin film is inserted between the magnetic thin films to form a magnetic gap. The pair of metal oxide blocks are bonded to each other by the molten glass. The reinforcing grooves molded by the reinforcing glass are formed on both the sides of the metal oxide blocks to make the circular type track faces.
