<p>PURPOSE:To extened the range in which excellent stereophonic feeling of is obtained, by giving the performance of directionality in which the output sound pressure of speakers remote from the listening position is higher and that from near is lower. CONSTITUTION:The speakers SP1-SP3 are located on a straight line with unequal distance, and this distance is taken ad d1>d2. Further, the filter circuit is connected to the speaker, and the degree in decrease or increase of high band to the speaker output is set by changing the filter constant. That is, the input voltage of each speaker is changed with the high band increase or decrease filter and the appearent size of the sound source is taken smaller at high band, to obtain the speaker system having a given directionality over wide range.</p> |
