PURPOSE:To enable small size and low cost and the durability against high power, by mounting the shield plate enclosing ground plate and ferrite core and permanent with adhesion each other on the soft magnetic substance having greater external size than ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:The ground plate 10 is placed with adhesion on the soft magnetic substance 8 having greater external size than that of the ferrite core 12. Further, the shield plate 11 contanining one or more ferrite cores 12 and one or more center conductors 13 are located near the center of the upper part of the ground plate 10. Further, the permanent magnet 9 is placed at the upper part of the ferrite core 12 via the shield plate 11 with adhesion. Moreover, the case 14 is placed as required. |
