<p>A physical formula the principal portion of which is determined on the basis of physical quantities is calculated by a plurality of physical formula calculation units (11), (12), ...(1m) on the basis of known information, a sigma unit (2) effects cumulative addition, an error calculator (3) calculates the difference from an actually measured value, and correction units (11a), (12a), ...(1ma) of the physical formula calculation units (11), (12), ...(1m) correct variables contained in the physical formula so that the difference described above becomes small. A series of processings described above are repeated a necessary number of times, and the corrected variables are collected by an information collection unit (4) and are outputted as an analytical result of the physical quantities. As a result, the construction can be simplified, and analysis of the physical quantities of a physical source can be accomplished with a smaller number of times of learning on the basis of the measured values. <IMAGE></p> |
