mixing 35-55 wt.% of the chloro sulphonate polyethylene resin (CSPE) shown in formula (I), 30-50 wt.% of the organic solvent, 5-15 wt.% of the antioxidant, e.g. the metal-based antioxidant such as lead chloride, magnesium chloride, Zinc chloride, and 5-15 wt.% of the polyester-based adhesive to make a mixture; agitating and milling the mixture composition; coating both sides of the fabric with the mixture; drying the coated fabric at 120-130 deg.C for 2 minutes; and finally heat treating the fabric at 180-190 deg.C. (where x: 8-14, n: 10-17).
