<p>PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and quickness of work load management, in a work load displaying method suitably used for line management wherein both kind and production quantity are changed for many sorts of product. CONSTITUTION:A work load displaying method can be executed under provision of an input means A1 in which production schedule information is input, a production schedule information memory A2 for storing production schedule information, a reference information accumulating memory A3 in which various kinds of production schedule information are previously stored and accumulated, a load calculating means A4 for producing load information data by calculating a manhour load and mechanical load required for processing a work respectively, a required process time calculating means A5 for calculating the periods of time required for respective processes to be applied to the work and a display means A6. Moreover, discrimination display for determining which is higher, the manhour load or the mechanical load, is carried out for very 2 one consisting of single or a plurality of processes, while a period of time required for processing calculating by the required time calculating means A5 is piled in order of grade of priority of the process and displayed in the form of bars in a field corresponding to a process completion scheduled date of the work.</p> |
