PURPOSE:To provide a molding material having excellent impact resistance at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective thermoplastic resin composition is composed of 70-99.5wt.% of polybutylene naphthalenedicarboxylate and 0.5-30wt.% of a core/shell resin composed of a rubbery core consisting of an alkyl acrylate unit and a shell layer consisting of methyl methacrylate unit.
