PURPOSE:To mass-produce a cooked beefsteak having a different extent of broiling by making the moving speed of plural rows of conveyors moving side by side in a heating zone mutually different. CONSTITUTION:Many iron dishes (P) are placed on a mounting pedestal 25, further placed on a preheating conveyor 3 and then transferred to a grill conveyor 10. A cooking material such as beefsteak is placed thereon before the iron dishes arrive the grill conveyor, placed on the grill conveyor (10a) or (10b) at a different moving speed according to the ordered extent of broiling and successively delivered. |
