PURPOSE:To obtain a processed grain product to be mixed into an edible dough such as bread dough. CONSTITUTION:Cereal grains are coated with an emulsifier solution and gelatinized by heating under pressure. The gelatinized product is tempered, lightly pressed to form pressed grain having rather large thickness, dried and roasted to prepare the objective processed grain product. |
