PURPOSE:To regulate press-in force when the outer circumferential side of a disk and the inner circumferential side of a rim are pressed in to be fitted, to improve press-in precision, and also to prevent generation of a blow hole inside a welding bead during welding connection. CONSTITUTION:When a disk load wheel 1, in which a rim 3 and a disk 2 are welded together in the circumferential direction to be integrated together after the outer circumferential side of the disk 2 and the inner circumferential side of the rim 3 are pressed in to be fitted, is manufactured, the oil adhesion condition immediately before pressing-in on each of the outer circumferential side of the disk 2 and the inner circumferential side of the rim 3 is adjusted to within 1-3 weight % by organic substance concentration, and then both are pressed in to be fitted. |
