PURPOSE:To provide an easily condable polyester film containing a primer layer applied thereon, having low static electrification properties and an excellent adhesion to a magnetic coating, etc., and being free from electrostatic hazards, and a process for producing the same. CONSTITUTION:A primer layer of a polymer blend of a hydrowhilic polyester, an acrylic polymer and polyvinylpyrrolidone is formed on at least one surface of a polyester film. |
