<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sealed rotary feeder to be used for a continuous hydrolysis device for a synthetic resin waste material with film. CONSTITUTION:A sealed rotary feeder consists of a casing 13a with a material feed opening 231 on its upper and a material discharge opening 232 at its lower and a rotor 13b with blades 237 rotating in the casing and being in contact with the inner face of the casing 13a. The blades 237 and material carrying chambers 234 are provided alternately on the rotor, and a material is carried quantatively by the material carrying chambers. Channels 235 are formed on the rotor and the blades are fitted therein. The blades are encouraged by springs 236 and pressed to the inner face of the casing, and the sealing in the width direction of the blades is carried out. Sealing mechanisms are set between the blades and the channels and also on the side face of the rotor.</p> |
