PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product, composed of an uncured polymer composition prepared by blending a specific halogenated olefinic elastomer with a specified thermoplasticity promoter, etc., excellent in joining strength at high temperatures and having flame retardancy. CONSTITUTION:The objective product is obtained by using an uncured polymer composition prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. blend of (A) 50-90 pts.wt. halogenated olefinic elastomer composed of halogenated polyolefins, prepared from >=2C monomers and having <=20wt.% crystallinity (preferably chlorinated ethylene-butene copolymer) with (B) 10-50 pts.wt. highly crystalline thermoplasticity promoter composed of polyolefin polymers obtained from >=2C monomers (preferably high-density polyethylene) with (C) 50-250 pts.wt. filter (preferably carbon black, etc.), (D) 20-105 pts.wt. substance for processing (preferably a paraffinic oil, etc.) and (E) 15-90 pts.wt. additive composed of a flame retardant substance (preferably a mixture of antimony trioxide with a chlorinated paraffin). |
