PURPOSE:To provide a thermal recording material in which a surface fog at a high temperature and high humidity is small and which has excellent plasticization resistance by incorporating at least one or more of colorless or pale electron donative color developing dye, acidic substance and special modified epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:A color developing recording material contains colorless or pale electron donative color developing dye and acidic substance, and comprises at least one or more of epoxy resin expressed by formula I and compound expressed by formula II. In the formulae I and II, R1, R2, R3 are derivatives of phenyl, diphenyl, bisphenol, bisphenol S, naphthalane, etc. The resin expressed by the formula I includes, for example, bisphenol A type epoxy resin. The compound express by the formula (II) includes, for example, resorcin. According to the mixing, a thermal recording material having heat resistance, moisture resistance and plasticization resistance. |
