PURPOSE:To prevent a pattern from peeling off even after repetitive bending and from disappear due to wear by vulcanizing integrally a fastening ring body and rubber material constituting the pattern. CONSTITUTION:Along the longitudinal direction of a bar-like body 5 formed of a first unvulcanized rubber material is extruded from a die 7 a bar-like body 6 made of a second unvulcanized rubber material having a color different from that of the first rubber material. A laminated rubber bar-like body 8 thus formed is cut to a length slightly longer than the total length of a rubber ring to be made. The laminated rubber bar-like body 8 is twisted by a certain number of times to form a twisted bar-like body. Next, both ends of the twisted bar-like body are cut off obliquely. The cut faces are mated with each other to form a ring-like body to be vulcanized as it is a metal mold.
