PURPOSE:To prevent the unevenness on the surface of the article from being developed and uniformly pattern by printing by a method wherein a label is brought into tightly contact with the molding surface of a mold and resin sheet is brought into tightly contact with and along the molding surface under the condition that the label is pinched between the resin sheet and the molding surface of the mold by means of air-pressure forming and finally resin is injected under the above-mentioned conditions. CONSTITUTION:Non-rigid vinyl chloride resin marking sheet 11 as a label is placed on the flat surface part of a female mold cavity. Next, resin sheet 1, which is made of calendered PP sheet coated with photo-setting layer, is attracted by suction with a heating platen 2 by sucking air through vent holes 2a and heated. Then, the heating platen 2 is arranged onto the upper surface of a female mold 4 and the suction of the heating platen 2 is stopped. Next, a cavity 5 is evacuated through the vent holes 4a of the female 4. At the same time, by applying compressed air through the vent holes 2a of the heating platen 2, the resin sheet 1 is brought into tightly contact with the inner surface of the female mold 4. After that, the heating platen 2 is left from the resin sheet 1 and shifted to the side of the female mold 4. Finally, after the molds are clamped together by arranging a male mold 9 on the female mold 4, PP resin 3 is injected in the cavity 5. |
