PURPOSE:To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet near to plain paper in quality feeling when the sheet is practically handled by the hand and extremely reduced in the generation of a curl due to an environmental change. CONSTITUTION:A dyeing layer 3 is formed on one surface of a base material (pulp paper) 2 and a coating layer 4 with surface glossiness of 40% or less is formed on the other surface of the pulp paper or the dyeing layer is formed on one surface of a coated paper with surface glossiness of 40% or less.
