PURPOSE:To easily mold a two-color molded article, in which thin film surface part covers its interior, eliminate the application process of releasant and coloring component to a cavity surface and enhance the degree of freedom in the change of various characteristics such as feel, durability and the like. CONSTITUTION:After a mold 1 consisting of an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3 is closed, a cavity 4 is vacuumized with a vacuum pump 18. By pouring a small amount of polyurethane material U1 for surface part mixed with first coloring component as minor component from the injection nozzle 25 of a four component mixing head in the cavity 4, the material U1 adheres to a cavity surface 5 in film, resulting in producing polyurethane-covering surface part 48. In succession, by pouring interior polyurethane material U2, the material U2 fills the cavity 4, resulting in molding the interior 49 covered with polyurethane. |
