PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a difference in height between an elevator and a storage rack by correcting deviation in the expansion/contraction amount of a rope or a chain generated in moving a heavy article horizontally between the elevator and the storage rack. CONSTITUTION:In moving a pallet 8 between an elevator and a storage rack 3', the height of an air spring 5 is corrected by a height adjusting valve 11. In the case it is not necessary to move the pallet 8 between the elevator and the storage rack 3', the height of the air spring 5 is controlled by a height maintaining valve. |
