<p>PURPOSE:To selectively extract only foamed styrol without clogging of a spray nozzle and to reduce in volume by dissolving foamed styrol resin waste with reflected foggy scattering liquid obtained by injecting solvent from the nozzle to a collision plate. CONSTITUTION:A method for dissolving and extracting foamed styrol resin waste with solvent has an injection nozzle 1 of a bore of a size in which no clogging occurs and comprises the step of atomizing the solvent by using a phenomenon in which injected solvent 3 is once collided with a barrier 2 to reflect it when a direction of its flow is largely altered to scatter it in foggy state, thereby dissolving it with the atomized foggy scattered liquid. Since the solvent 3 collided with the barrier 2, in which a plate is bent on the way, flows along the plate to be altered in its flowing direction abruptly at its bent part 4, it is vigorously scattered in foggy state. As a result, no clogging occurs in the nozzle 1, but the solvent 3 can be continuously atomized.</p> |
