<p>PURPOSE:To heat a double structural vessel uniformly in a short time and enhance the evacuating efficiency by heating a liquid having a boiling point which lies below the heat resisting temp. of a plastic material, immersing the vessel in this liquid, and performing evacuation of the gap between the inner and outer vessel members while heating. CONSTITUTION:A double structural vessel 10 is installed inside a heating tub 22, and a chip pipe 13a is connected with an evacuating device 46, and a valve 40 is closed while a one 34 is opened, and a liquid 48 heated to a temp. below the melting point of a low melting point solder and the heat resisting temp. of the vessel 10 within a liquid storing tub 42 is supplied with a pump 32 into the heating tub 22 via a supply piping 30. When the whole structure of this double vessel 10 is heated, the evacuating device 46 is driven, and after evacuation of the gap between the inner and outer vessel members, the valve 40 is opened, and the heated liquid 48 is collected with a pump 38 into the liquid storing tub 42. As a result, the temp. in the heating tub 22 falls steeply. The chip pipe 13b of the vessel 10 is sealed. Thereby, accurate heating is performed even though the contour shape of the double vessel is complicated.</p> |
