<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a tuned-indentation facing material which enables the manufacture of turned-indentation facing material having recessed parts tuned with a pattern and being excellent in the physical properties of a resin layer on the recessed parts and which is excellent, besides, in operability of manufacture of the facing material. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a base 1, an arbitrary pattern is formed by printing on a part of a surface resin layer 3 constituted of ionizing-radiation curing resin in which recessed part is to be formed, by using ink containing a curing inhibitor, and the ionizing-radiation curing resin containing a photopolymerization initiator or a photopolymeization promotor is applied. Then, the ionizing-radiation cured type resin is cured by applying ultraviolet rays 4 and thereby the surface resin layer 3 of which the part provided with the pattern 2 is formed as the recessed part 5 is formed. Subsequently, a pattern part 7 of the surface resin layer 3 is cured completely by applying an electron beam 6 to the layer 3, and thereby a tuned-indentation facing material 10 is obtained.</p> |
