<p>PURPOSE:To enable high efficiency rolling to minimize the frequency of passes in a reverse rolling. CONSTITUTION:In execution of pair cross reverse rolling, an allowable range of a mechanical crown to satisfy both security of a rolled shape in each pass and the range of equipment capacity is calculated so that a cross angle between rolls is minimized at the final stage and a pass schedule of rolling reduction and cross angles is accumulated successively from a low-order pass and determined so that a frequency of the shortest pass is obtained in it.</p> |
