ORGANIC LAMINATED STEEL PLATE FOR VESSEL WITH EXCELLENT PRINTING SHARPNESS AND THREE-PIECE CAN MADE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide an organic laminated steel plate having excellent printing sharpness on the outer surface of a three-piece can and the can obtained from the same plate. CONSTITUTION:An organic laminated steel plate comprises an organic film having a multilayered structure of an ink layer/saturated polyester resin film layer/lubricating film layer for displaying an adhesive layer/trademark design from a steel plate side, or an ink layer/organic coating film layer for displaying a saturated polyester resin film layer/trademark design containing an adhesive layer/white pigment on a surface treated steel plate having glass of 300% or higher of specular glossiness. A three-piece can is obtained from the plate. The surface treated plate has 0.40mum or less of Ra of surface roughness before plating in all surface directions, 0.20 or less of Ra of surface roughness difference in all surface directions, and has one or more types of an Ni-plated layer of nickel adhering amount of 0.01-1.0g/m<2> and Fe-Ni, Fe-Ni-Sn alloy layer on a tin-plated film or a lower layer of a tin-plated film of 0.5-6.0g/m<2>.
