PURPOSE:To properly set an amount of cooking as far as a large or optional quantity selectively according to necessity by installing a control box for controlling both fuel and electric systems at the central part and also an automatic cooking system capable of controlling a total or individual unit of oil burners, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a control switch 16 is turned on, a preheater 6 and a high temperature gasifying heater 5 installed in both inlet and outlet sides of a vaporizing tube 3 both start their preheating and, after preheating completion, an air control solenoid valve 8, a fuel oil control solenoid valve 9 and an ignition transformer 13 are all turned to ON, so ignition is carried out by an ignition electrode 12. After a temperature rise, this ignition transformer 13 is turned off, so stationary burning takes place. At the time of flame quenching, the control switch 16 is tuned off, the fuel oil control solenoid valve 9 is turned to OFF, oiling out of a fuel oil tank 10 is cut off, so the flame quenching takes place, and successively the air control solenoid valve 8 is turned to OFF so that any combustion operation in an oil burner (a) is finished. |
