<p>PURPOSE:To produce a fiber-reinforced extrusion product having a sufficient strength without deteriorating the light weight and workability such as nailing and cutting properties of the product by using a chaff fiber as the reinforcing fiber. CONSTITUTION:The chaff fiber crushed and delignified by 3-15wt.% and 2-3wt.% of the naththalenesulfonic acid-formalin condensate are mixed with 100wt.% of the extrustion compound for the inorg. product contg. cement, silica, reinforcing fiber, lightweight aggregate, extrusion assistant, etc. The compound is mixed with water and kneaded, the kneaded compound is extruded to obtain the product. The problem caused when the chaff fiber is used disappears by the delignification and addition of the condensate.</p> |
