<p>PURPOSE:To provide the casting method and casting machine capable of improving the yield of a material and having excellent pouring performance. CONSTITUTION:This casting method consists in melting the casting material in a crucible 10 within a casting chamber 1 and pouring the molten pouring material into the sprue at the top end of a lower casting mold. The front end pouring part 19 of the crucible 10 is positioned above the sprue 8 of the casting mold 7 and the rear part of the crucible 10 is lifted by turning around the front end of the crucible as the fulcrum, theroby the molten casting material is poured from the front end pouring part 19 of the crucible 10 into the sprue 8 of the casting mold. The front end of the crucible 10 as the casting machine is supported freely turnably by the front end fulcrum part for turning and further, the rear part of the crucible 10 is supported freely turnably by the rear side fulcrum part for initial turning. The casting machine has a driving mechanism which inclines the crucible 10 discending forward around the rear side fulcrum part as a turning fulcrum and to rise the rear part around the front end fulcrum part as a turning center.</p> |
