<p>PURPOSE:To provide a printer which can print a pattern even upon drop of battery voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a heavy load is applied to a battery 40 under a state where the battery voltage has been dropped due to decrease of power stored therein, the battery voltage drops further. When the battery voltage drops below a specific level, driving of a thermal head driver 22 is stopped thus interrupting printing of dot matrix. Since a thermal head scan motor 11 is driven even when printing is interrupted, scanning of thermal head 21 is carried out continuously and a pattern, from which dots are missed partially, is printed.</p> |
