PURPOSE:To improve fire resistance of a bogie frame made of a fiber reinforced plastics of epoxy resin CONSTITUTION:A structure base 12 of a bogie frame 11 is made of a prepreg laminated material of epoxy resin fiber reinforced plastics. By this structure base 12, necessary strength is obtained for the bogie frame 11. Aluminum is thermal-sprayed on the outer face of the structure base 12 to have an aluminum later 14. By this aluminum layer 14, necessary fire resistance is obtained for the bogie frame 11. The outer face of the aluminum layer 14 is covered by a heat-resistance resin layer 15. Bv this heat resistance resin layer 15, the aluminum layer 14 is protected, and the aluminum layer 14 is prevented from peeling from the structure base 12.
