PURPOSE:To suitably regulate a mounting state even after a trim is mounted in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A method for integrally molding a trim for forming a pad with the pad has the steps of so mounting the trim 1 having a three-dimensional shape so sewed as to have a space therein as to be disposed along an inner surface, filling a raw material 4 for a pad material in the space surrounded by the trim 1, and then foaming the material 4 to form the pad, and comprises the step of externally drawing a sewing yarn of a position necessary to form a three-dimensional shape in the mold 2 by the trim 1 at the time of sawing the trim 1 in a specific length to form a leader yarn 31. The method further comprises the steps of externally guiding the yarn 31 from a gap 20b formed at a divided surface 20a out of the mold 2 when the trim 1 is mounted in the mold 2, and drawing the yarn 31 guided from the mold 2 thereby to regulate the three-dimensional shape of the trim 1 in the mold 2. |
